Timeline
Sixteen years, one studio.
- 2009
PDS opens in Gurugram as a small architecture and interiors studio focused on private homes.
- 2013
The practice brings execution teams in-house, tightening the link between drawing, budget and site quality.
- 2018
Residential construction becomes a full turnkey offering across Delhi NCR, from shell work to final styling.
- 2024
The studio crosses 240 delivered homes with dedicated architecture, interiors, structural and project teams.
